Initially engaged to define a brand strategy for Lightforce – a fast-growing challenger in Aotearoa’s energy sector – we helped reposition the company from its electrical tradie roots to a bold new player in clean solar energy. Working closely with the business owners, our goal was to craft a lifestyle-led brand that connected with everyday New Zealanders, not just as a service provider, but as a movement. From developing the external identity and messaging to shaping internal culture, we worked across the business to ignite passion, purpose, and pride – growing a highly engaged team, sparking community collaborations, and building a brand ready to power the future.
